The contract can be terminated at the end of the minimum contract period with one month's notice. If the contract is not cancelled in time, it will be automatically renewed for an indefinite period after the minimum contract period and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. A one-time activation fee of €19.99 is payable at the time of subscription. HELLO! 5G contracts include unlimited calls to German landlines and mobiles (excluding special numbers, call forwarding and (premium) services) and unlimited SMS to all German mobiles (excluding special numbers and (premium) services). International talktime minutes included per billing period to all EU countries, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iceland, Israel, Canada, Liechtenstein, Macau, Malaysia, Norway, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, USA, Venezuela and to landlines in Russia and Turkey, excluding special numbers and (premium) services. Data usage in Germany is billed in 100KB increments, where 1GB equals 1,000MB and 1MB equals 1,000KB. The included data volume is valid per billing period. Once the specified data volume has been used, the speed will be limited to a maximum of 64Kbit/s (download and upload) until the end of the current billing period. Unused inclusive minutes/ inclusive SMS/ inclusive data volume at the end of the billing period will expire without compensation and cannot be carried over to the next month. Once the inclusive minutes and any additional minutes from the minutes option have been used, the standard rate will apply according to the current price list (available at www.lebara.de/terms). The credit limit for SMS and calls not included in the HELLO! subscriptions or in the Additional Minutes option is €10 per billing period. Extra data: The additional free data volume only applies to the conclusion of a new contract in the specified HELLO! 5G contract tariff for the entire term, but not when changing tariffs. In the event of a tariff change, the free data volume expires without replacement and the conditions of the newly selected tariff apply. The free data volume is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Discount on activation fee: During the promotion period, the one-off activation fee is reduced to EUR 1.00 for mobile phone contracts with a minimum contract term of 24 months and to EUR 1.00 for Flex tariffs (instead of EUR 19.99). Excluded are the HELLO! XS Special Plus Deal and the HELLO! XS Special Flex tariff - here the one-off activation fee is reduced to EUR 15.00 (instead of EUR 19.99).

Discount on the monthly basic fee: Only applies to the conclusion of a new contract with a minimum contract term of 24 months or 1 month in the specified HELLO! 5G tariff in the first 24 months, but not to a tariff change from an existing fixed-term tariff. In the event of a tariff change, the monthly discount expires without replacement and the conditions of the newly selected tariff apply. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The regular monthly price applies from the 25th month.
